Siyah Lale, built in 1841, has been restored while maintaining its historical architecture. The hotel provides guests with a glimpse of its rich historical heritage, while also offering elegant modern touches and all the comforts of contemporary life.

Siyah Lale is a historical monument and has been approved by the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Culture and Tourism as a private accommodation facility.

At some point in its 180+ year history, during the early 1940s, a section of the mansion was utilised as a bakery.
The family with ten children used to bake bread in the house, and the villagers would queue up in front of this historic building.
As a solution to the financial difficulties of raising ten children, the family also rented out the mansion's rooms.
With this feature, Siyah Lale has the privilege of being one of the first lodgings in Cunda.
